National Peacekeepers Day Ceremony

The Veterans Memorial Park in Bass River will host the above noted service on Sunday Aug 8, 2010. Military muster will be at 10:30AM at the Bass River fire hall followed by a parade to the gardens. Service will begin at 11A.M. As part of this service there will 8 red maple trees planted by families who have lost their son while serving in Afghanistan. All serving military members and veterans are invited to attend, and show that we will " Never Forget Them", or those they have left behind.
